Welcome to Rose Michel Coaching Services, By purchasing or using our social media marketing Strategist Services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

We provide Social Media Marketing Services, Social Media Marketing Plans, Social Media advertising campaigns, Strategy development, consultation, Analytics and reporting, Group Coaching, Private Coaching and Membership. All payments must be made as agreed upon in invoices or contracts. Services may be paused or terminated if payment is late. Fees are non-refundable once services have begun unless otherwise stated.

Social Media Marketing plans created by us based on your business or your brand will belong to you upon full payment. We may showcase non-confidential work as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it without consent. We are not responsible for losses caused by social media platform changes, account restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues. Campaign results are not guaranteed.

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.rosemichel.net and Rosebelleshop and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Social Media Marketing Strategist include www.rosemichel.net. The Social Media Marketing Strategist website is a Selling Services Private Coaching, Group coaching, and Social Media Packages . By using the www.rosemiche.net website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Social Media Marketing Strategist may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- Mailing Address

- E-mail Address

- Phone Number

If you purchase Rose Michel Services and products we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. Cancelation

BOOKINGS

By booking or purchasing from Rose Michel Social Media Strategist you agree to all policies we are not responsible for unread our policies all consultation are conducted via phone or zoom.

All private coaching client required to signed service agreement under Rosebelleshop before beginning private coaching.

Attendance

No cancellations will be accepted. All deposit fees and recurring payments are nonrefundable. If the paying customer does not wish to resume with the coaching for any reason (e.g. personal, physical, emotional, or financial) , no refund will be provided. It is up to the customer to participate, complete weekly social Media Marketing plan provided. As a customer, you agree and understand that it is up to you (the paying customer) to perform action to see any business growth and results (if any). Unforeseen Circumstances: On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation or rescheduling of a class or session. In such circumstances, the paying customer will be given as much notice as possible.

Lateness

If customers ten minutes late to our private Coaching appointment we will reschedule you.

Customer agree if you are cancelled private coaching appointment session more than three (3x) time your coaching session will be cancelled. You will received a notice email and your four weeks social media Marketing plan. No refund will be provided. All sales are final

Cancellation:

No cancellation will be accepted three days prior to your Group coaching or private coaching
